I’ve found that writing an About Me page is probably one of the hardest things to do for a blog. Creating a Logo is difficult too, but only because it requires a level of creativity and design that I fail to achieve unless I feel exceptionally inspired. Why have I put these two things off for so long? Because they’re not nearly as important as quality posts and creating a network.
However, it’s been two months. The blog has truly started and posts are flowing daily, I am dedicating a significant amount of time to it and it is now time to finish the About Me and Logo. I’m sure there are many other people who are in the same boat as me. Writing intelligently about yourself without sounding pompous is difficult. Making it legible and interesting to read is a near impossibility. That’s why I won’t worry about things like that.
Instead when I write my About Me page, I’ll keep it quick and informative. I want to give my readers a chance to see where I come from, why my view on things may differ than theres. It also gives me a chance to tell people what I’m going to write about, where my specialities lie, and why I write about these things.
The Logo I’ll keep lighthearted. Sadly, I’m not inspired enough to figure something for a logo out, so I wanted to open it up to your suggestions! Let me know what you think it should be and maybe your idea will be the future logo of Left The Box.com.

ProBlogger.com, obviously, has a good article on writing an About Me page . The only issue I have with it is, a single paragraph About Me might be too short. Break it up into different sections only one or two sentences long. Make it easy for your readers to find something they share with you, whether it be a hobby, point of view, or idea.
